Invoice ASAP: Mobile Invoicing App Reviews

I just wrote a very informative review for this app, but it was deleted when I pressed send. The short of it is, dont trust them. After being billed on October 24th for my subscription (please note, this isnt a free app like it says. You have to subscribe to use the features), I now get a pop up that says I need to upgrade (again). I contacted customer service many times, and although they were very responsive, I felt like instead of trying to fix the issue, they tried to place the blame on me. I sent a screen shot of my subscription payment (which is automatically done they iTunes) and they told me they dont have access to my iTunes and thus have nothing to do with that. They offered for me to pay again....very nice of them. This app is not for me. I will be moving on.

I like to the app can be used on my PC and on my phone and they sync - very professional easy to use!

I like this app a lot but the one issue I have is that you cannot send a PDF attachment through the phone app or iPad app. When I asked about it customer service told me to log into my invoiceASAP account through a computer which doesnt help me when Im on the road constantly and need to send invoices through my phone. Especially one company that I consistently work with in the film industry that refuses to accept invoices via a link that they have to download, but will only except it as a PDF attachment. So I hope that InvoiceASAP would get that option in the phone app for us to send invoices directly as a PDF attachment.

Great app for a mobile mechanic that doesnt have to write things down and try and keep track of customers and vehicles with pen and paper, a nice future feature oils be when you copy something from estimate to invoice would erase out of either or when copied to other section or at least prompt a yes or no to deleting out of that section

I have been waiting for it, (especially now since I pay for it), but Im still wondering why the feature has not yet been added for the to have your own email template uploaded. Its more so annoying because when I got to copy/paste my message from my notes, once you have the send/email open, its doesnt allow you to paste your message without closing and reopening the send message. Once they add/fix those then I most certainly agree - five stars!

Perfect for the small/midsize business owner. Great user interface very simple to add customers and invoices. The Integration with Quickbooks was the main reason for my decision to purchase this app however, After using it for a while it would have used it without the Quickbooks integration. I had tried other accounting apps that had more accounting functionality but dumped them after a few months of using them. This is a 4 star app and I would highly recommend it to anyone !! I was looking for a simple way to make invoices on the road for my customers w/o having to carry my lap top. This app makes it easy and works well and when I get to the office I can put information into my quick-book program on my lap top safely keeping proper track.

Ive been using InvoiceASAP for a few years now and it offers exactly what I need to send to my clients. I am in the construction industry and this suits me well since Im mobile 85% of the time. Everything is stored in the cloud and not on your device(s), so to me its offering a two-in-one service. They offer new options and "looks" periodically, which shows the developer is staying on top by refining the product.

Outstanding app, company, service and support! We use this for our service company, customers love the invoices and photos. We love that it makes us look good and its easy to use! In nearly a year we havent had any down time, and only one technical problem which was resolved very well.

The tech support for this app is beyond awful. The only way you can get support is to send an email. They call it a support ticket. Eventually, they respond by giving you an appointment for support, but it is a week or so later.

Its accommodate with mobile invoicing and signature capture possibility, regardless I can attach photos and voice memos to invoices,awesome!

I have used this app for appx. 800 invoices to date using an Ipad mini. Whats essential to my busn. and the reason for choosing this app is the Quickbooks sync and the ability to print a customer receipt in the field with a Zebra ios enabled printer. Their support staff is helpful if needed. Have a wishlist of potential feature additions but keeping it as is would be fine too. After all, it does the job, makes you look professional and saves multiple handling of the same invoice like I did in the paper to data entry to scanning and then getting rid of the paper days!!

The app rotates for keyboard - GREAT! Looks like a few smooth design tweaks. Keeps getting better all the time. Keep up the great work!

I am loving the new app release! I am now able to rotate the device in all directions, which is extremely helpful when I attach a keyboard to my iPad. Loving the updated graphics as well! This feels really professional.
